Upyield Progress Sdn Bhd is established in 1991 under Company Act 1965.
As a subsidiary company of Yudah Group Companies (formed since 1981), Upyield Progress Sdn Bhd will mark its first foray into the commercial development sector in Kota Kinabalu. Equipped under its belt with extensive experience and qualified professionals, Upyield Progress Sdn Bhd strives to provide products and services of distinction yet at an affordable nature in this competitive market.

Builtecline Development Sdn Bhd – Established to capitalize from Sandakan residential development. Recently completed project includes Taman Anggerik Perdana, a landed housing development located at Jalan Lintas Sibuga, Sandakan.
Labuk Capital Sdn Bhd – Formed to venture into commercial development in Sandakan. Upcoming project comprises of approx. 100 units of industrial shoplot located along Jalan Lintas Labuk.
Johan Eramas Sdn Bhd – Established as a wing of investment in sectors of real estate and hotel property.
